1.Short term storage of clean vegetables, temperature is 2 degree to 4 degree.

2.Vegetables easily suffered from cold damage (cucumbers, pumpkin, bitter gourd) can be stored under 5 degree to 7 degree.

3.Vegetables easily aging like garlic shoot, broccoli should be stored 0 degree.
